Breakfast Club at St Thomas More is a drop in session,
so no need to book.

Breakfast club will be open from 7:30am until the start of the school day at 8:50am
Children can be dropped off at school any time between 7:30am to 8:30am, with breakfast being served from 8:00am.

Prices

Band 1	7:30am - 8:50am	£4.50
Band 2	7800am - 8:50am	£3.50

Drop off is at the main school entrance.

Children must be brought up to the school building by a Parent/Carer and be signed in at the reception desk.

Strictly NO admissions after 8:30am

The cost is £3 per session for breakfast and childcare. Children will be able to play, relax and catch up with their friends until 8:50am.

Payment in advance via ParentMail (cash payments are not accepted in school) and accounts are charged daily after each attendance. If there are insufficient funds on your child/children's account, they will be allowed to attend that day, but will subsequently not be given entry until sufficient funds are paid to their Breakfast Club Account.

Parents/Carers are not permitted to attended Breakfast Club with their child.

After School Club, from: -

Monday - Friday
3.00pm - 6pm

With a range of activities to keep your children entertained throughout, we will provide your children with a variety of snacks and a drink, which is included in the price.

Bookings can be made via ParentMail up until 3pm the previous day.
After this time, same day bookings can only be made by contacting the school office before 3pm.

15:00 onwards	Late booking fee - Children who are uncollected or not booked on to ASC before 3pm will be charged a £5 per child admin fee.
15.20pm – 16:15pm	Children will take part in a different activity until it is time to be collected (£4.50) Children staying after Boosters or Enrichment Clubs 16:00 – 16:15 (£1.00)
15:20pm - 17:00pm	Children will take part in an activity and will be given a choice of either a hot or cold food followed by a snack such as fruit or a sweet treat (£7.50)
15:20pm - 18:00pm	Children will take part in an activity and will be given a choice of either hot or cold food followed by a snack such as fruit or a sweet treat before either starting a new activity or carrying on with the previous one (£9.50)

Bookings can be made via Parent Mail up until 3pm the previous day. After this time bookings can be made by contacting the school office. For the parents whose children attend after school club, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and leave any feedback!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to regular late collections after the 6pm deadline, effective from Monday 23^rd September 2024 we will be applying a late collection charge of £10 per child
